3. Reply to that email — Simply reply to your order confirmation email and attach a clear photo of your pet. That's it!

Photo Guidelines

To ensure the best quality for your artwork, your photo should be:

• High-resolution, clear, and in-focus
• Front-facing (your pet looking at the camera)
• Well-lit (natural daylight is best)

Please avoid: blurry or action shots, side-views or profiles, and dark or grainy photos.

Turnaround & Shipping

Once we receive your photo, your custom artwork will be completed within 2–3 business days. Digital files will be sent via email upon completion. For physical prints, shipping time will vary depending on your location.
