Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom Art orders may take longer depending on complexity — estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
Mail Club Membership Mail Club envelopes are sent out on the 1st of every month. 🌍 Worldwide shipping is included in your membership — no extra charge, no matter where you are.
Art Gallery Prints & Custom Art Shipping is not included in the product price. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Delivery Times (estimated)
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Tracking Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at bobanoky@hotmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
