Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Final All purchases of Art Gallery Prints and Custom Art are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Custom Art Orders Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Mail Club Membership — Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Mail Club membership at any time. To avoid being charged and receiving the next month's shipment, your cancellation must be submitted before the 15th of the month. Cancellations received on or after the 15th will take effect the following month, as your mail will already be prepared and shipped.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at bobanoky@hotmail.com with a photo. We will do our best to make it right.
